►Quality Carriers◄
Our carriers must be formally approved, which includes the completion of a qualification survey, to be put on our approved list. Service is monitored monthly and performance that falls below our standards are reported in writing. If service does not improve they are removed from our approved list
►Training◄
Each new employee is supplied with and trained in accordance to documented procedures. Training is an ongoing process and each employee's record are assessed and updated quarterly.
►Continuous Improvement◄
We have a documented corrective action system that requires all staff to report any service failures and customer complaints. Quarterly quality audits are conducted to ensure compliance with document procedures.
